This explains how AL Sports Nutrition gets your order to you. WHERE WE DELIVER We deliver in South Africa. If you are not sure we reach your address, ask us before you order. Contact details are below. WHAT DELIVERY COSTS Delivery costs R50. Orders of R799 or more are delivered free. The delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Delivered by The Courier Guy, usually 3 to 5 business days after payment. You get a tracking number when your order ships. HOW LONG IT TAKES We tell you when to expect your order, and we tell you if it is going to be late. Delivery times depend on the courier and on where you are. TRACKING YOUR ORDER Use the order number from your confirmation email on our track page to see where your order is.
