6. Returns & Refunds

Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

The item is unopened and unused
The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
The product is returned in its original packaging

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened supplement products cannot be returned unless defective.

If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Refunds are processed once returned goods have been inspected and approved.
